Welcome to the Fringe Division of the F.B.I. I am Special Agent in Charge, Phillip Broyles.
The reasons you've managed to find your way here are few; a.) either you've witnessed something that correlates to The Pattern, b.) you or someone from this department feels you have the physical or mental attributes to make it on the team, or c.) just dumb luck. I've never been a great judge of character, so for the time being I'll assume the latter.
Regardless, you're here now.
For several decades now, we've recorded dozens of unexplained incidents all over the world, every one of them leading to what has been deemed The Pattern.
Everything, and I do mean everything, that you witness while a part of this division I expect to find its way onto my desk. While everything we do is classified above 'top secret,' there are no secrets within the confines of our office. Understood?
All field agents, like you, will be headed up by Agent Olivia Dunham and her team (Peter Bishop, Dr. Walter Bishop and Agents Charlie Francis and Astrid Farnsworth) until further notification.
